In 2002, five women in St. George got the idea to rescue and re-home cats and dogs that were scheduled to be euthanized, due to lack of space in shelters…and PAWS (Providing Animals with Support) was born! PAWS is now a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, no-kill animal rescue organization that relies solely on donations and volunteers. Now St. George PAWS Thrift Store, with your help and donations, is able to provide funds to help animals in need of medical services, food and new homes.
